MK LCR750 Package

The Miller & Kreisel LCR750 front speakers incorporate MK Phase-Focused crossover design for ideal driver response and dispersion characteristics. Flat on-axis and off-axis response is achieved by careful analysis of the speaker's response in both the time and frequency domains at various angles in both the vertical and horizontal planes. Dual mid-bass drivers double power handling and double efficiency compared to a single unit, resulting in a four-fold gain in terms of possible dynamic range. Even when extreme volume levels aren't required, the enhanced dynamic range and efficiency of the M and K LCR750THX system ensure reduced dynamic compression even at moderate to high listening levels

The high-performance soft-dome high-frequency driver mounted at a 4.7° degree angle combines with the stylish, high tech curved metal mesh grille and Phase-Focused crossover to form the MK High Frequency Prism System. The system provides optimum imaging on-axis and off-axis by shaping a very smooth and extended flat high-frequency response over a very wide listening area.

Combined with the front-mounted 1" soft-dome tweeter and 5.25" polypropylene mid-woofer direct radiating configuration (the same drivers as in the M&K LCR-750 and Centre 750), the Tripole design provides even distribution of sound throughout the listening area with pinpoint accuracy and an enveloping sound field, allowing listeners to experience superior imaging and surround quality

The Miller & Kreisel SB-1250 all-discrete amplifier design has exceptional sonic quality and a conservative power rating of 250 watts continuous output. To facilitate easy connection and ideal system integration, the M and K SB-1250 has inputs and outputs for line-level phono and speaker level signals. Separate controls allow you to set bass level and upper roll off frequency between 40 - 200 Hz, with a bypass for using the filter in a home theatre receiver. For optimum room integration and precise fine-tuning of the critical transition between the subwoofer and the main speakers, the phase control is continuously variable between 0 and 180 degrees.
