Ordering

Orders can be made by Phone, or Direct from the Website using the secure online cart using Google checkout.

Payment

We will only charge a Debit/Credit card when items are in stock. When Stock is not available or when special orders are made either over the phone or by email and has been agreed upon by the card holder money may be deducted from the card holders account in full or in part depending on the agreement made by both parties.

Delivery

We strive to get your goods to you as soon as possible. All goods in stock will be posted next working day from the date of purchase using a third party courier such as City Link or Parcel Force. When the order has been dispatched you will receive an confirmation Email or Phone call with the tracking number.

Returns

Goods may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. You must notify us by phone or email within this seven day period when goods will be returned. Failure to notify us of a return within this period will negate your right to a refund. Special orders that are not in stock can not be refunded once placed. We may however use our discretion. Once you have notified us of a return we will arrange for a courier to pick up the item/items from you. Items delivered to us with out notification will be rejected and returned to you at your cost. The cost of delivery for returning goods which are not faulty may be deducted from the initial purchase price when a refund is issued. Refunds will be returned using the same method as the purchase. Credit/debit transactions can not be refunded for cash or vise versa.

Warranty

All goods bought through ideal Home Cinema are UK stock and issued with the standard UK manufacturers Warranty. Please phone or Email for more details on specific items.
